ANDALUSIA SCHOOL DRESS CODE

GIRLS: GRADE 1 – 3

  • Uniform Requirements:
  • Solid white blouse
  • Long, below the knee, plain navy skirt or jumper dress
  • White, navy blue, or black solid tights
  • Solid Black shoes or black sneakers
  • Hijab is optional
  • Navy blue cardigans or sweater(no logo)
  • Accessories – all grades:
  • Only Wristwatch. No other jewelry is permitted.
  • Gym Uniform (for gym class only – all grades)
  • Solid navy-blue sweatpants and sweatshirts: NO JEANS
  • Loose white long-sleeve t-shirt
  • White or black sneakers
  • 4th and 5th grade Girls
  • Solid white hijab is mandatory regardless of religious background.
  • Plain navy-blue Jilbab* regardless of religious background ( Available at School)
  • Navy blue cardigan or sweater (no logo)
  • Solid Black shoes or sneakers
  • *Note: Girls Jilbab are required to be purchased through the school and are available for sale throughout the school year. Only school-purchased jilbabs may be worn. Non-school jilbabs are considered a uniform violation and will be written up as so. Three uniform violations result in the student being sent home.

BOYS: GRADE 1 – 5

  • Uniform Requirements:
  • Solid white button-down dress shirt with collar
  • Black belt
  • Solid black shoes or solid black sneakers
  • White socks
  • Navy-blue dress pants
  • Navy blue cardigan or sweater (no logos)
  • Accessories
  • A white Kofi and wrist watch is permissible
  • No jewelry
  • Gym Uniform (for gym class only)
  • Solid navy-blue sweatpants and white or navy blue sweatshirts
  • T-Shirt (No inappropriate images)
  • White or black sneakers
  • Grooming:
  • Hair should be trimmed above the collar and out of the eyes. No unusual styles are allowed (mushroom cuts, flat tops, and shaved on the sides is inappropriate).
